Blissful escape, was superb!

My room was very spacious. It smelled like fresh flowers, i LOVED it! The bed is comfortable, A DREAM! The room looked exactly like the pictures shown. The fresh fragrance made it even better. The staff were super friendly. Everyone had a big smile, especially Yudian, Arum, and Jodi.

Staff members were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the town center at regular intervals. This is very convenient and saves on transportation costs.

the room smelled like fresh flowers and felt spacious. the bed provided comfort for restful sleep. the staff were friendly with big smiles particularly yudian arum and jodi.

the hotel had very little soundproofing i could hear a lot of noise

lovely rooms personal touch beautiful garden attentive staff

The rooms were lovely. I especially liked the toiletries! The flavor combinations made me really look forward to using them. I found the staff super great. The hotel has a beautiful garden landscape. I really enjoyed that.

Veg food options were quite limited.

The hotel is a bit out of town, it offers an escape from the crowds. The hotel is surrounded by rice fields. It is possible to walk into town. It is a scenic 25-minute walk.

the one-bedroom villas are positioned oddly, and i found a small snake on the table one morning. staff caught it quickly (i'll give them that), but it unsettled me and i changed rooms.

i found the staff very attentive. communication happened via whatsapp. this was quite handy. the free mini bar was a nice touch.

the resort is about two kilometers from the center. they do offer a free shuttle at set times. missing the shuttle means either a thirty-minute walk or paying for another shuttle service. i found the location less than ideal.

a wonderful stay

breakfast bag free shuttle breakfast vouchers

the staff was very kind. they packed a breakfast bag for my early departure (at 4am for the airport). a free shuttle to town was available. i also received free breakfast vouchers usable anytime.
